What I offer
Individual Counseling
I am currently accepting clients for in person or virtual counseling. Rates: $130-175/session. I have a few sliding scale slots available and can offer rates as low as $100/session. Please inquire if you are in need of a lowered rate! Clients who are able to pay my full rate make it possible for me to offer sliding scale options for folks who cannot afford my full rate.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Sitting in a counseling room is not always helpful or accessible. Walking can open up different opportunities for exploration and growth. Please note, there is additional informed consent paperwork to engage in this offering.
Ecotherapy
Many of us are disconnected from nature which can increase the severity of existing concerns. I firmly believe engaging and interacting with nature can have a profound impact on our psyche and our mental well-being. This can be as simple as using nature metaphors in session or engaging with a natural object from the outdoors. This can also mean going outside during the therapy session to engage more directly with nature. Please contact me to learn more about this option.
Insurance
I accept OHP Open Card and Care Oregon (through Health Share of Oregon) insurance. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, please inquire on the contact page.
